Enquiries and quotes

When you send an enquiry from the price configurator, the custom build form, by email or by phone, we process the data you enter: company or farm name, address, country, contact phone, email, note, VAT number (if entered) and the selected product configuration.

The purpose is to prepare a quote and communicate about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The data is kept in our business system (ERP/CRM) for the duration of the business relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than two years after the last contact; contract and invoice data are kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.

Visit statistics (Matomo)

To improve the website we use Matomo on our own server (stats.lesko.hr). It uses no cookies, shortens the IP address before storing it and respects the browser's "Do Not Track" setting.

We record pages visited, time of visit, approximate location (country), device and browser type, the referring page and actions on the site (e.g. use of the configurator and search). Form data is not recorded.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f)). The data is not shared with third parties and is deleted after 24 months. You can turn statistics off for your browser here:

Server logs

Our hosting provider records technical logs: IP address, time and requested address. They serve security and correct operation, are kept briefly and are not used to track visitors.

Browser storage

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Your browser temporarily stores only what the site needs to work: that the intro animation has been shown, an unfinished custom build specification (until the browser is closed) and your choice to turn statistics off.

Fonts

The website fonts are loaded from our own server; no data is sent to third parties when a page is displayed.

Recipients

The website, statistics and business system are hosted by SETCOR d.o.o. (MyDataKnox), Jastrebarsko, Croatia, which processes data only on our instructions under a data processing agreement, in Croatia or another EU/EEA country. We do not sell data or pass it on for marketing. Links to Google Maps open Google's service, to which Google's privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to info@lesko.hr; we reply within one month.

You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, or with the supervisory authority in your country.

Security

The website runs only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only authorised persons have access to the business system and statistics.
